Terms and Conditions for Participants
- Participants must first register online through the event website.
- Please make the payment according to the invoice issued by the committee. The committee can not process payment validation if it does not match the invoice.
- Participants must have a “Pelataran Sehat” account and provide the corresponding data upon online registration.
- Registration can only be processed with full payment.
- A payment confirmation email will be sent after the full payment is received.
- The date of payment determines the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the deadline for the early price, normal price, or onsite price, it will not be considered valid for that price tier unless payment is received by the specified time.
- The program is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a meeting cancellation, the Organizer’s sole obligation is to refund the registration fee.
- Participants will receive a certificate and SKP from the Ministry of Health, which can be accessed via the “Pelataran Sehat Kemenkes” platform.
- Hotel bookings can be made through the online registration page.
- Registration fee and hotel payments are non-refundable.
- Check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel’s policies and regulations. Any hotel services not included in the package will be charged to the participant directly by the hotel upon check-out.
